摘 要:采用微滤膜深度处理生化尾水,以二沉池出水为研究对象,通过改变膜通量的大小,并结合摩阻力分配分析,探究膜通量大小对出水水质和过膜压差(TMP)的影响程度,以降低污水处理厂污染物的排放,并分析膜在运行过程中的膜污染特性。结果表明:膜通量的大小对出水水质影响不显著,然而,膜通量越高,膜的运行周期越短,TMP的增长越快。与此同时,同一运行周期中不同运行阶段的TMP增长速度存在较大差异,运行初期(1~5天)TMP增长缓慢,第二阶段(5~12天)TMP增长较快。除通量为15 L/(m^(2)h)时,膜的运行周期为5天,通量为8 L/(m^(2)h)、10 L/(m^(2)h)和12 L/(m^(2)h)的运行周期均为16天。通过膜阻力分配分析,发现不可逆阻力占比最高,为总膜阻力的60%~80%,同时通量为10 L/(m^(2)h)时的可逆阻力占比较高,通量为12 L/m^(2)h时的最终膜阻力最低。The advanced treatment of biochemical tail water with microfiltration membrane was carried out to investigate the influence of membrane flux on the effluent quality and TMP(transmembrane pressure)by changing the size of the membrane flux and connecting with the distribution of membrane resistance analysis.The purpose of the study is to reduce the discharge of sewage treatment plant pollutants and analyze the membrane fouling characteristics in the process of operation.The results showed that the membrane flux had no significant effect on the effluent water quality.However,the higher the membrane flux was,the shorter the membrane operating cycle was and the faster the TMP growth was.At the same time,the growth rate of TMP at different stages of the same operation cycle is greatly different,which TMP grows slowly at the initial stage of operation(1~5 days),but increased rapidly of TMP in the second stage(5~12 days).In addition when the operation cycle of 15 L/(m^(2)h)is 5 days,the all operation cycle of 8 L/(m^(2)h),10 L/(m^(2)h)and 12 L/(m^(2)h)is 16 days.Through the analysis of membrane resistance distribution,it was found that the proportion of irreversible resistance was the highest,which was 60%~80%of the total membrane resistance,the proportion of reversible resistance was relatively high when the flux was 10 L/(m^(2)h),and the proportion of final membrane resistance was the lowest when the flux was 12 L/(m^(2)h).
