摘 要:纤维增强树脂基热塑性复合材料属于薄壁制件,为了改善其树脂基体的翘曲变形,首先根据正交实验设计方案对其树脂基体进行模流分析,以翘曲变形量为目标,找到一组最佳的工艺参数,包括模具表面温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间和注射时间;然后对树脂基体不同的浇口数量、浇口位置进行模流分析,旨在研究其对翘曲变形结果的影响;最后得出一组能使翘曲变形量最小的浇口数量和浇口位置,对其进行顺序注射成型(SIM)。结果显示:在正交实验过程中,对翘曲结果影响最为显著的是保压压力,之后依次为注射时间、熔体温度、模具表面温度和保压时间,得到了一组最佳工艺参数A_(2)B_(2)C_(1)D_(4)E_(3);在最佳工艺参数的基础上,寻找最佳的浇口数量和浇口位置;SIM对纤维增强树脂基热塑性复合材料的翘曲变形有非常大的改善。Fiber-reinforced resin-based thermoplastic composites are thin-walled parts.In order to improve the warpage deformation of the resin matrix,firstly,a mold flow analysis is performed on the resin matrix according to the orthogonal experimental design scheme.A set of warpage deformation is targeted to find a group of optimal process parameters,including mold surface temperature,melt temperature,dwell pressure,dwell time,and injection time.Then mold flow analysis on the number of gates and position of the resin matrix is conducted to study its impact on warpage deformation results.Finally,a set of gates and gate positions that can minimize warpage deformation were obtained,which were sequentially injection molded(SIM).The results show that the most significant effect factor on warpage is the holding pressure,followed by injection time,melt temperature,mold surface temperature,and holding time.A set of optimal process parameters A_(2)B_(2)C_(1)D_(4)E_(3) are obtained.Optimal gate number and gate position are obtained based on these parameters.Therefore,SIM has greatly improved warpage deformation of fiber-reinforced resin-based thermoplastic composites.
