外军创伤系统建设对我军的启示

摘　　要：外军在批量伤员救治的军事实践中建立了创伤系统,用于伤亡态势实时感知、医疗决策和战救质量改进等,并尝试在军民融合工作机制下实现创伤的预防,院前、院内救治,康复及教育等功能。我国在严重创伤批量伤员救治具有举国体制优势,而民用创伤系统还处于发展阶段,建立一个可用于军事行动的创伤系统并实现军民融合式应用还任重道远。本文结合笔者研究和救援实践体会,借鉴外军创伤系统的经验,总结了外军创伤救治系统的经验和不足,提出相关启示参考。The foreign troops have established trauma systems in the military practice of mass combat casualty care for real-time perception of casualty situation,medical decision-making and quality improvement of combat care.And these systems aim to implement functions such as trauma prevention,prehospital treatment,emergency hospital treatment,rehabilitation and education under the mechanism of civil-military integration.China has the advantage of the whole nation system,while the civilian trauma system has just started out.There seems to be still a long way to establish a joint trauma system for both in military and civilian use.Combined with the author’s research and the rescue medicine practice,this paper summarizes the experience and shortcoming of the trauma system of foreign army for reference.
