摘　　要：目的:分析临床新型冠状病毒标本的不合格原因,建立标本质量反馈机制,确保标本送检质量,提高新型冠状病毒核酸检测效能,提高防控诊治效率。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月26日至2020年2月14日新型冠状病毒核酸检测标本3718例中标本不合格原因,根据ISO15189实验室检测标准要求,通过对采集人员进行访谈调查,根据访谈结果建立新型冠状病毒标本采集流程图,对标本采集进行全流程质量控制。结果:采集人员采集新型冠状病毒标本的达标率提高,质量控制后标本合格率从99.27%提高至99.97%(P<0.001)。结论:通过对新型冠状病毒标本采集实施全流程的质量控制,可减少医务人员暴露风险,提高送检标本质量与合格率。Objective:To analyze the unqualified clinical novel coronavirus specimens and establish specimen quality feedback mechanism,to ensure the quality of specimens sent for inspection to improve the diagnosis of nucleic acid detection,in order to improve the efficiency of prevention,control and treatment.Methods:Novel coronavirus nucleic acid test specimens of 3718 cases from 26 January 2020 to 14 February 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the laboratory of 15189 testing standards,through the interview investigation of collectors,then according to the interview results,a collection flow chart of novel coronavirus specimens was established,and the quality control of the whole process of sample collection was carried out.Results:The compliance rate of novel coronavirus specimens continued to increase,from 99.27%to 99.97%after quality control(P<0.001).Conclusion:Through implementing quality control of novel coronavirus specimen collection in the whole process,the exposure risk of medical staff will be reduced,and the quality and acceptance rate of submitted specimens will be improved.
