摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮肾镜取石术专用病号服的设计与应用效果。方法:将我院98例经皮肾镜取石术(Percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL)患者,随机双盲法分为实验组和对照组,每组49例。对照组术后穿常规病号服,实验组术后穿特殊病号服。对比两组患者舒适度(自制舒适度量表)、非计划拔管例数、治疗时花费时间、额外更换被服率等指标。结果:实验组患者舒适度高于对照组[(8.24±1.45)vs(6.49±1.01)],非计划拔管例数少于对照组(0 vs 6),治疗时花费时间低于对照组[(8.24±1.41)vs(15.49±2.17)],额外更换被服率低于对照组(1 vs 8),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCNL专用病号服,可更好提高PCNL术后患者的舒适度,减少治疗时间和降低非计划拔管风险,降低额外更换被服率。Objective:To investigate the design and application effect of special hospital gown for percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods:A total of 98 cases with PCNL operation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method,49 cases in each group.The control group wore routine hospital gown after operation,and the experimental group wore special hospital gown after operation.The comfort level(self-made comfort scale),the number of unplanned extubation cases,the time spent during treatment,and the rate of extra dressing change between the two groups were compared.Results:The comfort level of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group[(8.24±1.45)vs(6.49±1.01)],the number of unplanned extubation cases was less than that in the control group(0 vs 6),the time spent in treatment was lower than that in the control group(8.24±1.41 vs 15.49±2.17),and the rate of additional dressing change was lower than that in the control group(1 vs 8),The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PCNL surgical gown can better improve the comfort of patients after PCNL surgery,reduce the treatment time,reduce the risk of unplanned extubation,and reduce the rate of additional clothing change.
