摘　　要：超声引导下改良Seldinger PICC置管术在我国是一项新近发展起来的技术,风险大、要求严格,本文采用SWOT分析方法对我国应用超声引导下改良Seldinger PICC置管术的优势、劣势、机会及威胁等方面进行分析,为卫生部门推广该技术提供理论依据及实践建议。Modified Seldinger PICC intubation technique guided with ultrasonic wave is a newly developed technology in China,and the requirements are strict and the risks are high.This review summaries the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of modified Seldinger PICC intubation technique guided with ultrasonic through SWOT analysis,hoping to provide theoretical basis and practical suggestions for the promotion of the technique for the health departments.
