邯郸市主城区居住区公共服务设施可达性分析

摘　　要：提高居住区至各类设施的可达性可以有效增加居民获得感和幸福感.以邯郸市主城区为例,利用合理的可达性计算模型分析了居住区至各类公共服务设施的可达性,并对结果进行了归一化和自然间断点法聚类分析,同时对可达性空间分布特征及均衡性进行了对比分析.结果表明,居住区至中学设施、综合医院等设施的可达性呈圈层式,至社会福利设施的可达性呈组团分散式,至社区卫生服务中心的可达性呈点状分散式等特征;居住区的教育和医疗设施可达性的结果处于相对较低的水平;专科医院和社区卫生服务中心的可达性数值分布均衡性差.最后,给出了有利于城市空间均衡发展和缩小不同公共服务设施可达性差距的规划建议.Improving the accessibility of residential areas to all kinds of facilities can effectively increase residents'sense of achievement and well-being.Taking the main urban area of Handan as an example,the accessibility from residential area to all kinds of public service facilities is analyzed by using reasonable accessibility calculation model,and the results are analyzed by normalization and natural discontinuous point method cluster analysis.At the same time,the spatial distribution characteristics and equilibrium of accessibility are compared and analyzed.The results show that the accessibility from residential areas to middle school facilities,general hospitals and other facilities presents a circle layer type,the accessibility to social welfare facilities presents a group and decentralized type,and the accessibility to a community health service center presents a dot-shaped decentralized type feature;the results of accessibility of education and medical facilities in residential areas are relatively low.The distribution of accessibility values for specialist hospitals and community health service centers is poorly balanced.Finally,some planning suggestions were given for the balanced development of urban space and narrowing the accessibility gap of different public service facilities.
