摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症可使用经皮椎间孔镜治疗。该方式优势诸多,比如不会对患者造成较大创伤,患者经治疗后脊柱稳定性较好且可尽快恢复其身体机能等,因此现已越来越多的应用于临床脊柱外科中。本文从经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面进行重点分析与综述。Lumbar disc herniation can be treated by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy.This method has many advantages,for example,it will not cause great trauma to patients,patients with good spinal stability after treatment and can recover their body function as soon as possible,so it has been more and more used in clinical spinal surgery.This article focuses on the analysis and review of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
