锁定内侧加压钢板治疗四肢关节端复杂性骨折的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨锁定内侧加压钢板治疗四肢关节端复杂性骨折的临床疗效及应用方法。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年10月本院收治的35例四肢关节端复杂性骨折患者作为研究对象。采用锁定内侧加压钢板治疗四肢关节端复杂性骨折进行治疗,对患者术后6个月进行有效回访。观察患者手术时长、平均住院时长、愈合时长等。结果:35例患者从手上到手术时间平均(6.2±1.5)d,平均住院时间为(22.7±4.2)d,平均愈合时长为(14.3±2.2)周。经回访统计,35例患者中,完全愈合23例,愈合9例,改善5例,无改变0例;愈合率为91.43%(32/35);35例患者在接受锁定内侧加压钢板治疗后的生活质量得到了显著的提升,组间数据对比差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:在四肢关节端复杂性骨折中,应用锁定内侧加压钢板治疗,具有良好的临床效果,对提升患者骨折部位愈合速度、四肢功能恢复,减少并发症具有重要价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and application of locking medial compression plate in the treatment of complex fractures of extremities joint ends.Methods:35 patients with complex fractures of the joint ends of the extremities admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects.The patients were treated with locking medial compression plate for complex fracture of joint ends of the extremities,and the patients were effectively visited 6 months after the operation.The length of operation,average length of hospital stay and healing time were observed.Results:The average time from hand to operation was(6.2±1.5)days,the average length of hospital stay was(22.7±4.2)days,and the average healing time was(14.3±2.2)weeks.According to follow-up statistics,among the 35 patients,there were 23 cases of complete healing,9 cases of healing,5 cases of improvement and 0 cases of no change.The healing rate was 91.43%(32/35);The quality of life of 35 patients after receiving the locking medial compression plate treatment has been significantly improved,and the data comparison between the groups is quite different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of locking internal pressure plate in the treatment of complex fracture of limb joint ends has a good clinical effect,and is of great value in improving the speed of fracture healing,restoring limb function and reducing complications.
