超声引导下行针吸细胞学检查对乳腺癌病理切片质量和诊断效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析在乳腺癌临床诊断中采取超声引导下针吸细胞学检查,对乳腺癌病理切片质量和诊断效果的提升作用。方法:随机选取2019年5月~2020年4月本院就诊42例乳腺癌患者纳入研究,根据随机数字表法进行分组,将采取盲视下针吸细胞学检查18例患者作为对照组,将采取超声引导下针吸细胞学检查24例患者作为观察组。分析乳腺癌病理特点,对比两组病理切片质量和诊断符合率。结果:患者主要为浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌。在病理切片质量评分、切片合格率,观察组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。对比两组诊断符合率,观察组均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下针吸细胞学检查应用于乳腺癌临床诊断中,有利于提升病理切片质量,并提高诊断准确性,值得广泛开展。Objective:To analyze the role of ultrasound-guided needle aspiration cytology in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer in improving the quality of pathological section and diagnostic effect of breast cancer.Methods:42 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.18 cases of blind needle aspiration cytology examination were taken as the control group,and 24 cases of ultrasound-guided needle aspiration cytology examination were taken as the observation group.The pathological characteristics of breast cancer were analyzed,and the quality of pathological sections and diagnostic coincidence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The main pathological features of all patients were invasive ductal carcinoma and invasive lobular carcinoma.In the quality score and qualified rate of pathological section,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups of diagnostic coincidence rate,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided needle aspiration cytology in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer,is conducive to improve the quality of pathological section,and improve the accuracy of diagnosis,it is worthy of extensive development.
