摘  要:目的:分析并比较对海马硬化患者应用常规MRI、定量MRI以及磁共振波谱成像(MRS)进行诊断的效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年6月本院所收治的25例海马硬化患者作为研究组,另选择同期本院收治的25例非癫痫且无脑实质病变患者作为对照组,对所有患者均实施常规MRI、定量MRI以及MRS检查,以手术结果作为诊断标准,比较三种方法的海马硬化诊断效果。结果:常规MRI的海马硬化检出率为80.0%,定侧准确率为75.0%。定量MRI的海马硬化检出率为88.0%,定侧准确率为90.9%。MRS的海马硬化检出率为96.0%,定侧诊断准确率为95.8%。结论:在海马硬化的诊断中,MRS的诊断价值显著高于定量MRI,而定量MRI的诊断价值显著高于常规MRI,临床可以根据患者的具体情况,选择合适的诊断方式,值得推广、应用。Objective:To analyze and compare the effects of conventional MRI,quantitative MRI and magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)in the diagnosis of hippocampal sclerosis.Methods:25 patients with hippocampal sclerosis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study group,and 25 patients without epilepsy and no brain parenchymal lesions treated in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.Routine MRI,quantitative MRI and MRS were performed on all patients,and the hand results were used as the diagnostic criteria to compare the diagnostic effects of the three methods.Results:The detection rate of hippocampal sclerosis in conventional MRI was 80.0%,and the accuracy of localization was 75.0%.The detection rate of hippocampal sclerosis in quantitative MRI was 88.0%,and the accuracy of localization was 90.9%.The detection rate of hippocampal sclerosis of MRS was 96.0%,and the accuracy of lateral determination was 95.8%.Conclusion:The diagnostic value of MRS in the diagnosis of hippocampal sclerosis is higher than that of quantitative MRI,and the diagnostic value of quantitative MRI is higher than that of conventional MRI.The appropriate diagnostic mode can be selected according to the specific situation of patients.
