摘　　要：目的:分析超声检查在降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹率中的作用要素。方法:选取2018年11月~2019年11月于本院收治的胆石症患者200例,采用随机分组的方法分成两组,对照组采用的是X线片检查,实验组使用详细超声检查,比较两组患者的胆囊切除术中转开腹率。结果:实验组的中转开腹率5.00%显著低于对照组14.00%,实验组的总治疗满意率为98.00%明显高于对照组91.00%。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行之前进行详细的超声检查能够明显降低术中中转开腹率,保证手术的顺利进行,因此详细的超声检查具有重要意义。Objective:To analyze the role of ultrasound in reducing the conversion rate of laparoscopic cholecystectomy to open surgery.Methods:200 patients with cholelithiasis admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given X-ray examination,and the experimental group was given detailed ultrasound examination.The conversion rate of cholecystectomy to open service was compared between the two groups.Results:The conversion rate of experimental group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that of control group(14.00%).The total treatment satisfaction rate of experimental group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 91.00%of control group.Conclusion:Detailed ultrasound examination before laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly reduce the conversion rate and ensure the smooth operation.Therefore,detailed ultrasound examination is of great significance.
