摘　　要：目的:研究阴道超声检查诊断宫内妊娠组织残留的效果差异。方法:选本院2019年1月~2019年12月收治的80例宫内妊娠组织残留患者,将以上患者随机划分成观察组和对照组,其中对照组使用B超检查,对观察组患者使用阴道超声检查,对比两种不同检查形式在诊断准确性上的差异。结果:对照组患者确诊率为87.5%,观察组患者确诊率为95%,两组患者的误诊率分别为12.5%和5%。两组患者在接受研究的过程中相关数据均具有统计学差异,即P<0.05。结论:采用阴道超声检查对于宫内妊娠组织残留患者的病情确诊效果明显高于采用其他形式,具有良好的诊疗效果,值得在临床中广泛使用。Objective:To study the difference of the results of vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine pregnancy tissue residue.Methods:Select 80 patients with residual intrauterine pregnancy tissues admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,and randomly divide the above patients into observation group and control group.The control group uses B-ultrasound examination and the observation group uses Vaginal ultrasound examination compares the difference in diagnostic accuracy of two different examination forms.Results:The diagnosis rate was 87.5%in the control group,95%in the observation group,and 12.5%and 5%in the two groups,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the relevant data between the two groups during the study,that is,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine pregnancy tissue residual disease is significantly better than the use of other forms,has a good diagnosis and treatment effect,is worth widely used in clinical.
