多层螺旋CT在诊断2cm以下的周围型肺癌及炎性结节中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:剖析多层螺旋CT对2cm以下周围型肺癌与炎性结节的效果。方法:选择2018年12月~2020年11月收治的30例2cm以下的周围型肺癌患者为观察组,30例炎性结节患者为对照组,比较不同征象表现与CT增强表现。结果:组间相比,观察组常规7mm重建上征象、1mmHRCT重建上征象均较高,强化均匀百分比也较高,强化幅度>20Hu百分比较低(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT对<2cm的周围型肺癌与炎性结节进行诊断,能够为临床周围型肺癌与炎性结节诊治提供凭证。Objective:To analyze the effect of multi-slice spiral CT on peripheral lung cancer and inflammatory nodules less than 2cm.Methods:30 patients with peripheral lung cancer less than 2cm from December 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 30 patients with inflammatory nodules were selected as the control group.Results:Compared with the control group,the signs of conventional 7mm reconstruction and 1mm HRCT reconstruction in the observation group were higher,the percentage of homogeneous enhancement was higher,and the percentage of enhancement amplitude>20Hu was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer and inflammatory nodules less than 2cm can provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of peripheral lung cancer and inflammatory nodules.
