术前应用二维及彩色多普勒超声显像仪对胃癌患者进行超声检查

摘　　要：目的:评定术前采取二维超声检测手段和彩色多普勒超声显像仪检测手段对胃癌患者诊断的意义。方法:选择2018年2月~2020年6月本院收入的32例胃癌患者资料,术前实施二维超声检测和彩色多普勒超声显像仪检测,调查检测情况,对比灵敏度、准确率、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果:术前彩色多普勒超声显像仪检测手段和手术及病理检测结果相符合情况、对不同胃癌检出比例情况、对肿瘤所处位置检出情况较术前二维超声检测手段增多(P<0.05),彩色多普勒超声显像仪检测手段的灵敏度、准确率对比二维超声,有对比优势(P<0.05),术前彩色多普勒超声显像仪检测手段诊断阴性预测值对比二维超声,优势显著(P<0.05)。结论:术前采取彩色多普勒超声显像仪检测手段对胃癌患者实行超声诊断得到的诊断效果较好。Objective:To evaluate the preoperative significance of two-dimensional ultrasound detection means and color Doppler sonography detection means for the diagnosis of gastric cancer patients.Methods:The index was derived from the value of 32 gastric cancer patients income from February 2018 to June 2020.Two-dimensional ultrasound testing and color Doppler ultrasound radiography test were carried out preoperative to investigate the test situation,comparative sensitivity,accuracy,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value.Results:The preoperative detection methods of color Doppler ultrasound were more consistent with the results of surgery and pathology,the detection ratio of different gastric cancers,and the detection of the location of the tumor than the preoperative two-dimensional ultrasound detection methods(P<0.05),compared with two-dimensional ultrasound,the sensitivity and accuracy of detection methods of color Doppler ultrasound imaging instrument have comparative advantages(P<0.05),the diagnostic negative predictive value of preoperative color Doppler ultrasonography was significant compared with two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of color Doppler ultrasound imaging instrument to detect gastric cancer by ultrasound diagnosis before surgery has a better diagnostic effect.
