摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道超声(TVS)联合超声造影(CEUS)检查对剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠(CSP)诊断准确率的影响。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年12月本院CSP患者63例设为研究组,另选取同期剖宫产后正常妊娠者63例设为对照组。两组均接受TVS及CEUS检查,统计TVS及CEUS对CSP单独及联合诊断情况。结果:联合诊断和CEUS诊断的敏感度及准确度均高于TVS诊断(P<0.05)。结论:CEUS及TVS均在CSP的临床诊断中具有一定价值,且联合两种技术手段进行综合诊断,敏感度及准确度明显提高,应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)on the diagnostic accuracy of scar pregnancy(CSP)after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 63 CSP patients from January 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital were selected as the study group,and another 63 patients with normal pregnancy after cesarean section during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were examined by TVS and CEUS,and the single and combined diagnosis of CSP by TVS and CEUS were counted.Results:The sensitivity and accuracy of combined diagnosis and CEUS diagnosis were higher than that of TVS diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both CEUS and TVS have certain value in the clinical diagnosis of CSP,and the combined diagnosis of the two techniques can significantly improve the sensitivity and accuracy,and the application value is higher.
