摘　　要：目的:探讨人工流产后即刻放置不同避孕环对于患者术后再次怀孕以及人工流产的实际影响。方法:抽取2018年1月~2019年12月本院96例人工流产术患者,依据随机数字表法分组,2组患者均于人工流产术后给予即刻放置避孕环,其中观察组为吉妮致美节育环,同期对照组为曼月乐节育环,对比2组患者的上环时间、出血情况、不良反应发生率、避孕环脱落率以及带环妊娠率等。结果:2组患者的上环操作时间、人工流产术后出血持续时间和术后2h内出血量对比并无显著差异,P>0.05;2组的避孕环脱落率、带环妊娠率均较低且组间对比,P>0.05;观察组的带环不良反应发生率为4.17%,对照组为14.58%,P<0.05。结论:在人工流产术后通过即刻放置曼月乐节育环或者吉妮致美节育环均具有操作时间短、术后出血量少以及避孕效果好等优势,然而吉妮致美节育环的带环安全性高于曼月乐节育环。Objective:To investigate the effect of different intrauterine rings placed immediately after induced abortion on postoperative pregnancy and induced abortion.Method:extract from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital 96 cases of patients with induced abortion operation,according to random number table method group,2 groups of patients were recorded in artificial abortion for immediate placed intrauterine device,the observation group for jeannie the coil,the control over the same month for man coil,compared two groups patients ring on time,bleeding,adverse reaction rate,intrauterine device loss rate and ring the pregnancy rate,etc.Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups in the operation time of upper ring,bleeding duration after artificial abortion and bleeding volume within 2 hours after surgery(P>0.05).The rate of intrauterine ring dropping and pregnancy with ring were lower in the two groups,and the comparison between the two groups was P>0.05.The rate of band ADR was 4.17%in the observation group and 14.58%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The immediate placement of Miele IUD or Ginizhimei IUD after induced abortion has the advantages of shorter operation time,less postoperative bleeding and better contraceptive effect,however,the safety of Ginizhimei IUD is higher than Miele IUD.
