摘　　要：目的:研究分析TDP治疗仪(特定电磁波谱治疗仪)照射对剖宫产患者术后腹部切口的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2019年1月~2020年12月行剖宫产手术初产妇120例,随机分为实验组与对照组各60例,实验组采用常规换药联合TDP治疗仪照射治疗,对照组采用常规换药治疗,统计并对比两组产妇的临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗后产妇在并发症发生率、疼痛评分、产妇满意度等指标均优于对照组,两组数据间有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:TDP治疗仪照射应用于剖宫产术后腹部切口治疗中,可降低疼痛程度,减少各种并发症的发生,促进切口愈合。Objective:To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of TDP therapy instrument(specific electromagnetic spectrum therapy instrument)on abdominal incisions after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 120 primiparas who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with conventional dressing change combined with TDP treatment apparatus irradiation treatment.The control group was treated with conventional dressing change,and the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared and compared.Results:After treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of complication rate,pain score,and maternal satisfaction.There was a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of TDP therapy instrument to the treatment of abdominal incisions after cesarean section can reduce the degree of pain,reduce the occurrence of various complications,and promote the healing of the incision.
