赴意大利中国游客目的地意象研究——以罗马和威尼斯为例

摘　　要：在中国出境游飞速发展的背景下,基于扎根理论,采用社会网络分析等方法,对20世纪80年代赴意大利中国游客拍摄的照片及文本和当代游客在线评论进行对比分析,探究其异同与成因。结果表明:(1)20世纪80年代赴意大利中国游客目的地意象主要表现在日常生活、特色建筑和历史遗迹等方面。当代中国游客目的地意象特征主要包括历史建筑、节庆活动、餐饮美食、游览感受等方面,并且围绕罗马和威尼斯形成以建筑为主的核心区。(2)意象的相同之处是因为意大利旅游目的地特色的连续性;不同之处是因为当代游客个人主观体验愈加凸显、旅游服务的延续与升级、自然风光关注度相对降低。In the context of the rapid development of Chinese outbound tourism,based on grounded theory and social network analysis,this study makes a comparative analysis of the photos and texts taken by Chinese tourists to Italy in the 1980 s and the online comments of contemporary tourists,then explore their similarities and differences and causes.The results show that:(1) The destination image of Chinese tourists to Italy in the 1980 s is mainly reflected in aspects of daily life,characteristic buildings and historical sites.Contemporary Chinese tourist destination image characteristics mainly include historical architecture,festivals,restaurant food,feelings.In addition,a core area of architecture is formed around the two cities of Rome and Venice.(2) The similarity of images is due to the continuity of Italian tourist destination characteristics;The difference is that the subjective experience of contemporary tourists has become more prominent,the continuation and upgrading of tourism services and the relative decline of attention to natural scenery.
