摘　　要：平滑肌肉瘤是一种恶性软组织肉瘤,也是侵袭性最强的肉瘤之一,常见于子宫、腹膜后间隙、腹腔脏器及四肢软组织等。原发性骨平滑肌肉瘤是一种罕见疾病,而原发性脊柱平滑肌肉瘤更为罕见,现有的病例报道较少。由于原发性脊柱平滑肌肉瘤的罕见性,传统的诊断、治疗方式和效果仍存在争议性,因此本文根据目前已发表文章对其诊断和治疗的研究进展进行综述。Leiomyosarcoma is a kind of malignant soft tissue sarcoma,and it is one of the most aggressive sarcomas.It usually occurs in the uterus,retroperitoneal space,abdominal organs and soft tissues of the limbs.Primary leiomyosarcoma of bone is a rare disease,and primary leiomyosarcoma of the spine is even rarer,and there were fewer cases have been reported.Due to the rarity of primary leiomyosarcoma of the spine,the traditional diagnosis,treatment and efficacy are still controversial.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of its diagnosis and treatment based on the published articles.
