海军五项运动员选拔条件的分析研究

摘　　要：通过调查法、文献法、比较分析法、访谈法及总结归纳法,对八一海军五项队参加第七届世界军人运动会海军五项比赛的八名主力运动员(五男三女)进行研究。以优秀男女运动员的各项运动素质指标和竞技能力构成作为重要参考,结合海军五项异属多项组合项群特点,完善海军五项运动员的选拔条件。分析制约运动员选拔的主客观因素,并有针对性地提出意见建议,以便能够为八一海军五项队选拔后备人才提供参考,使海军五项运动员的选拔程序、内容和标准能够更加科学、规范、有序。This paper analyzes the 8 main members(5 men and 3 women)of the Bayi Naval Pentathlon Team participating in the 7th CISM Military World Games Naval Pentathlon Competition by adopting a series of methods,including literature research,investigation,comparative analysis,experience summary and interview.The selection procedure for naval pentathlons are improved based on the various sports quality indicators and competitive abilities of the above-mentioned male and female athletes and the characteristics of the naval pentathlon items pertaining to different categories.The paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors restricting the selection of pentathlons,and puts forward suggestions to better select reserve personnel for the Bayi Naval Pentathlon Team and better regulate the selection procedures,content and standards of the naval pentathlons.
