摘  要:目的:运用等速肌力系统对4名吉林省女子冰壶运动员进行肩关节等速肌力的测试,为更好地训练及比赛提供理论依据。方法:事先设定不同角速度(60°/s、180°/s、240°/s),使用Biodex S4等速肌力测试系统(美国),测试4名受试者肩关节的力矩峰值、最大功值的循环、疲劳指数。结果:4名受试者的实验数据均具有统计学意义,肩关节力矩峰值随着速度增加而减小;肩关节最佳力矩峰值速度分别为60°/s和180°/s;肩关节屈伸达到功值的循环是在180°/s;肩关节在等速运动时的疲劳指数在180°/s是最低。结论:吉林省女子冰壶运动员的肩关节的屈伸肌力矩峰值随着角速度的提高而降低;肩关节伸肌力矩峰值、最大功值的循环和疲劳指数大于屈肌;在60°/s时和240°/s(即大力量和快速度)的角速度下肩关节更加容易疲劳且屈肩比伸肩更加容易疲劳受试者的再现最大功值的能力低、可靠性不高。Objective:To explore the characteristics of shoulder isokinetic muscle strength of 4 Jilin women curling players by testing their shoulder isokinetic muscle strength,so as to provide theoretical basis for training.Methods:The torque peak value,cycle of maximum value,fatigue index of the shoulder joint of 4 subjects were tested and analyzed under three angular velocities of 60/s、180/s and 240/s by using the Biodex S4 isokinetic muscle strength testing system.Results:The experimental data of 4 subjects were statistically significant.The peak torque of shoulder joint decreased with the increase of speed.The peak torque speed of shoulder joint is 60/s and 180/s.respectively.The circulation of shoulder joint flexion and extension to work value is obviously different at 180/s;The fatigue index of shoulder joint during isokinetic exercise is the lowest at 180/s.Conclusion:The extensor index of shoulder joint of Jilin female curling players is larger than flexor and the peak torque of flexor and extensor decreases with the increase of angular velocity.At 60/s and 240/s(at large force and fast speed)angular velocity,shoulder joint is more prone to fatigue and shoulder flexion is more prone to fatigue than shoulder extension.The subjects’ability to reproduce the maximum value is low and the reliability is not high.
