摘 要:【目的】选育淀粉含量和花青素含量高的甘薯新品种,为加工业对高淀粉及高花青素专用加工型甘薯的需求提供品种选择。【方法】南充市农业科学院以日本紫薯为母本进行多父本集团杂交,从其后代实生种子中筛选培育出甘薯新品种南紫薯018,于2019年获得品种保护权(品种权号:CNA20151680.4)。【结果】南紫薯018鲜薯产量达26572.5 kg/hm^(2),薯块干率33.0%,鲜薯花青素含量30.43 mg/100g鲜薯,淀粉含量22.35%。【结论】南紫薯018结薯较集中,薯形长纺锤形,薯皮紫色,大中薯率达81.1%,商品性好;抗病性好,耐贮藏,是适宜于全粉添加和花青素加工的专用型甘薯新品种。【Objective】New sweet potato varieties with high starch and anthocyanin content should be bred to provide selection of sweet potato varieties for meeting the demand of market and processing industry.【Method】Nanzishu 018,a new sweet potato variety,is bred from progeny seedling seeds of Zishu variety introduced from Japan×multiple male parents by Nanchong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and its variety right number is named as CNA20151680.4 in 2019.【Result】The yield,dry sweet potato rate,anthocyanin content and starch content of fresh sweet potato of Nanzishu 018 are 26572.5 kg/hm^(2),33.0%,30.43 mg/100g and 22.35%respectively.【Conclusion】Nanzishu 018 with the advantages of concentrated tuberization,long spindle-shape,purple skin,81.1%big and middle-size tuber rate,good commodity,high resistance to diseases and storable character can be suitably used as a new sweet potato variety specially used for whole powder addition and anthocyanin processing.
