摘  要:【目的】探明干旱条件下不同藜麦品种的种子萌发特性,为干旱地区选择适宜的藜麦品种种植提供理论依据和技术支持。【方法】黑色(76)、白色(1-4)、灰色(36-3)和红色(21-2),用不同浓度(2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%)PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫进行处理,测定其发芽率、发芽势和活力指数等指标。【结果】各色藜麦种子在未处理条件下发芽率和发芽势大小依次为白色>黑色>灰色>红色。不同浓度PEG-6000溶液对红色和灰色藜麦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数较对照(清水)有一定程度的提高,尤其红色种子的提高程度更明显;PEG-6000浓度为7.5%时,红色藜麦种子的发芽指标均达最大,且各色藜麦种子的胚根长及鲜重亦均达最大;PEG-6000浓度为10%时对胚根长及鲜重具有抑制作用,且降至最低。【结论】在低浓度(2.5%~7.5%)的PEG-6000溶液中藜麦种子的萌发能力强于对照,4种颜色藜麦品种均具有一定耐旱能力,尤其以红色品种的耐旱能力最强。【Objective】The seed germination characteristics of different Chenopodium quinoa varieties are explored under drought conditions to provide the theoretical basis and technical support for selecting suitable C.quinoa varieties cultivated in arid areas.【Method】Black(76),white(1-4),gray(36-3)and red(21-2)C.quinoa seed are treated with different concentrations(2.5%,5.0%,7.5%and 10.0%)of PEG-6000 solution to simulate drought stress,and the germination rate,germination potential and vigor index are measured.【Result】Under untreated conditions,the germination rate and germination potential of C.quinoa follow white,black,gray and red varieties.Compared with the control,to some degree,different concentrations of PEG-6000 promote the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of red and gray C.quinoa seeds,especially the red C.quinoa seeds,whose indexes are reached the maximum when the concentration of PEG-6000 is 7.5%.When the concentration of PEG-6000 is 7.5%,it promotes the radicle length and fresh weight to the maximum.When the concentration is 10%,it inhibits the radicle length and fresh weight to the minimum.【Conclusion】With low concentration(2.5%-7.5%)of PEG-6000 solution,the germination ability of different-color C.quinoa seeds is stronger than CK.The seeds all own the drought resistance ability to a certain extent,especially the red seed.
