摘　　要：【目的】探明适宜东亚小花蝽(Orius sauteri)规模化生产的饲料种类,为其规模化饲养提供理论参考。【方法】采用室内人工饲养的方法,研究评价若虫阶段饲喂不同饲料(清水、粘虫卵、粘虫卵+芸豆角、粘虫卵+芸豆角+10%蜂蜜水、芸豆角、10%蜂蜜水、10%蜂蜜水+芸豆角)对东亚小花蝽生长发育和繁殖力的影响。【结果】东亚小花蝽取食粘虫卵、粘虫卵+芸豆角和粘虫卵+芸豆角+10%蜂蜜水均可以完成正常的世代发育,其成虫获得率分别为58.33%、84.31%和86.27%,单雌产卵量分别为73.65粒、102.94粒和107.87粒,雌虫平均寿命分别为19.76 d、28.95 d和27.16 d;东亚小花蝽若虫取食清水、芸豆角、10%蜂蜜水及芸豆角+10%蜂蜜水均不能发育至成虫。【结论】粘虫卵+芸豆角+10%蜂蜜水可以显著提高东亚小花蝽成虫获得率和单雌产卵量,是适宜东亚小花蝽规模化繁育的饲料组合。【Objective】The aim of this study is to find the diets suitable for the mass production of Orius sauteri,and to provide the theoretical basis for the mass rearing of O.sauteri.【Method】The effects of larvae fed on different diets(clear water,Mythimna separate eggs,M.separate eggs+kidney beans,M.separate eggs+kidney beans+10%hydromel,kidney beans,10%hydromel and kidney beans+10%hydromel)on growing development and reproduction of O.sauteri are evaluated by using indoor artificial rearing method.【Result】O.sauteri fed on M.separate eggs,M.separate eggs+kidney beans and M.separate eggs+kidney beans+10%hydromel could complete the generation development,the adult harvest rate are 58.33%,84.31%and 86.27%,the egg number per female are 73.65 eggs,102.94 eggs and 107.87 eggs,the females longevity are 19.76 d,28.95 d and 27.16 d.O.sauteri larvae fed on clear water,kidney beans,10%hydromel and kidney beans+10%hydromel could not be developed into adults.【Conclusion】M.separate eggs+kidney beans+10%hydromel could improve the adult harvest rate and egg number per female,which can be used as a diet combination for the mass rearing of O.sauteri.
