摘 要:探明月季杂交种子萌发对不同处理条件(种源自身条件及外界环境处理条件)的响应程度,为提高月季杂交种子萌发率提供参考。【方法】对26对亲本组合杂交获得的429粒月季杂交种子经不同低温层积处理、植物调节剂处理后播种,开展为期1年的种子萌发观察试验研究。【结果】1年时间内,仅17粒种子正常萌发,月季杂交种子总发芽率为3.96%;26对亲本组合中仅7对亲本组合的杂交种子具备发芽能力,占所有杂交组合的26.92%;低温层积处理30 d的月季杂交种子发芽率最高,较对照(未进行低温层积处理)高1.87百分点;植物生长调节剂与种龄因素对杂交月季种子萌发无显著影响。【结论】亲本来源及低温层积时间是影响月季杂交种子萌发的主要因子。【Objective】The response of germination of Rosa hybrida hybrid seed to different treatment conditions(seed provenance and external environmental conditions)is explored to provide a reference for improving the germination rate of R.hybrida hybrid seed.【Method】429 R.hybrida hybrid seed obtained from 26 pairs of parent combinations are sowed after cold stratification treatment and plant regulator treatment,and then the one-year seed germination observation experiment is carried out.【Result】Within one year,only 17 seed are germinated normally,and the total germination rate of R.hybrida hybrid seed is 3.96%;Among the 26 parent combinations,seed from only 7 parent combinations have germination ability,accounting for 26.92%of all hybrid combinations;The germination rate of R.hybrida hybrid seed treated with cold stratification for 30 days is the highest,which is 1.87 percentage higher than that of the control(without cold stratification);The plant growth regulator and seed age have no obvious effects on the germination of R.hybrida hybrid seed.【Conclusion】The parental source and cold stratification time are the main factors affecting the germination of R.hybrida hybrid seed.
