高能耗产业转移对能源利用效率的影响——基于能源价格空间差异视角

摘　　要：能源作为当前高耗能产业生产的必备原材料,其价格变动会直接影响到产业结构变动,进而对能源利用效率产生直接影响。不同地区能源丰富程度不同,其价格也会不同,因此,现在许多高耗能产业开始进行产业转移,以最大限度降低生产成本。以中国为例,通过分析高耗能产业转移对中国东中西部能源利用效率的影响,进而提出了相关对策建议。Energy is an essential raw material for the production of high-energy-consuming industries,and its price changes will directly affect the changes in the industrial structure,which in turn will have a direct influence on the energy utilization efficiency.Different regions have different levels of energy abundance,and their prices will be different.Therefore,many energy-intensive industries are now beginning to transfer industries to minimize production costs.Taking China as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of the transfer of energyintensive industries on the energy utilization efficiency of eastern,central and western region,and then puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
