法国Pix数字能力认证系统的实践及启示

摘　　要：法国Pix数字能力认证系统建立在欧盟公民数字能力框架的基础上,旨在为公民免费提供数字能力(信息素养)的在线评估及认证服务。文章主要介绍了Pix系统的发展历程,分析了其结构性的内容框架、符合商业游戏实践经验的设计亮点、基于现实情景的题目设置、相较其他外国大型信息素养在线测试平台的主要特点以及目前存在的一些问题。探讨了我国建设类似信息素养在线测试平台的意义和优势,并尝试为我国的信息素养能力评估、大众宣传教育以及学校教学和考试系统的发展提供一些建议和参考。The French Pix digital competence certification system is built upon the European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens(DigComp2.0),with an aim to provide citizens with free online assessment and certification services concerning digital competence(information literacy).This paper mainly introduces the development history of the French Pix System,analyzes its structural content framework,its design highlights that are in line with practices of the game industry,its test questions that are based on real-world circumstances,its main characteristics compared with other large foreign online information literacy test platforms,as well as some of its current problems,discusses the meaning and advantages of building a similar information literacy online test platform in China,and attempts to provide some suggestions and references for the development of China’s information literacy competence assessment,public promotion and education,and school teaching and testing systems.
