摘　　要：目的评价分析心脏转录因子GATA4基因单核苷酸多态性与先天性心脏病之间的关系。方法通过相应的文献检索策略和纳入标准,从PubMed、Web of Science、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库检索从建库到2020年8月发表的相关文献并建立数据库。采用Revman5.3软件进行分析,计算出相应单核苷酸多态性是否发生突变、相应突变模型的合并OR值及95%置信区间。结果研究共纳入22篇研究文献,其中病例4575例,正常对照5225例。结果显示,位点99G>T(rs56166237)、354A>C(rs867858)、517T>C(rs884662)、1220C>A(rs115099192)发生突变OR值均大于1;位点563C>G(rs12825)、1521C>G(rs3203358)OR值均小于1。结论GATA4基因部分位点单核苷酸多态性对于先天性心脏病发生既有危险因素也有保护因素。Objective To evaluate and analyze the relationship between the single nucleotide polymorphism of the cardiac transcription factor GATA4 gene and congenital heart disease.Methods Through corresponding literature retrieval strategies and inclusion criteria,relevant literature was retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,and Weipu Database and established a database.Revman5.3 software was used for analysis,and the corresponding single nucleotide polymorphism was calculated whether there was a mutation,the combined OR value of the corresponding mutation model and the 95%confidence interval.Results A total of 22 research articles were included in the study,including 4575 cases and 5225 normal controls.The results showed that the OR values of mutations at positions 99G>T(rs56166237),354A>C(rs867858),517T>C(rs884662),and 1220C>A(rs115099192)were all greater than 1;positions 563C>G(rs12825),1521C>G(rs3203358)OR values were all less than 1.Conclusion Single nucleotide polymorphisms in some sites of GATA4 gene have both risk factors and protective factors for the occurrence of congenital heart disease.
