高龄良性前列腺增生症的外科手术治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析高龄良性前列腺增生症的外科手术治疗效果,为进一步提高治疗效果寻找新方法。方法方便选择该院于2019年1-11月收治的76例高龄良性前列腺增生症患者,根据患者入院时间分为研究组、对照组,其中研究组患者(40例)接受经尿道前列腺双击等电离子电切术治疗,对照组患者(36例)接受前列腺电切术治疗,统计两组患者的相关临床指标,评价不同手术治疗方法的临床应用价值。结果研究组患者术中出血量(153.96±42.96)mL、膀胱冲洗时间(1.48±0.29)d、导管留置时间(3.74±1.09)d均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.417、16.363、10.839,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(12.50%)低于对照组(41.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.313,P=0.004)。研究组患者术后24、48、72 h的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.745、8.039、12.392,P<0.001)。结论在高龄良性前列腺增生症患者临床治疗中,采用经尿道前列腺双击等电离子电切术治疗方法能够取得理想效果,是一种安全有效的术式。Objective To analyze the effect of surgical treatment of elderly benign prostatic hyperplasia,and to find new methods to further improve the treatment effect.Methods The 76 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in the hospital from January to November 2019 were conveniently selected and divided into study group and control group according to the time of admission.Among them,the study group(40 cases)received transurethral prostate double tap treatment with plasma resection,patients in the control group(36 cases)received resection of the prostate,the relevant clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were counted,and the clinical application value of different surgical treatment methods was evaluated.Results The related surgical indicators of the two groups were compared,and the intraoperative blood loss(153.96±42.96)mL,bladder irrigation time(1.48±0.29)d,catheter indwelling time(3.74±1.09)d.of the study group were lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(t=22.417,16.363,10.839,P<0.05);the incidence of complications between the two groups was compared,the study group(12.50%)was lower than the control group(41.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.313,P=0.004).The VAS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 24 h,48 h,and 72 h after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.745,8.039,12.392,P<0.001).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,transurethral double-click plasma resection of the prostate can achieve ideal results and is a safe and effective procedure.
