达英-35联合坤灵丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗中联用达英-35与坤灵丸的治疗价值。方法随机选取2017年2月—2020年9月该院74例多囊卵巢综合征病例,对照组单纯以达英-35治疗,同期观察组加用坤灵丸治疗,各37例,对比临床指标、疗效率、血清炎症因子水平、糖脂代谢指标、随访情况比较及药物不良反应率。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.30%、随访期间排卵恢复正常率86.48%高于对照组78.38%、64.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.554、4.698,P<0.05);观察组糖脂代谢指标FPG、FINS、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C(4.90±0.05)mmol/L、(12.06±1.65)MIV/mL、(5.43±0.36)mmol/L、(1.81±0.36)mmol/L、(1.21±0.22)mmol/L、(3.90±0.45)mmol/L优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.502、8.879、4.477、8.714、3.976、3.997,P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率5.41%略低于对照组8.11%,但差异无统计意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论针对多囊卵巢综合征患者通过联用达英与坤灵丸可显著提升疗效,并有效促进患者排卵恢复。Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of combined use of Daying-35 and Kunling pills in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A sample of 74 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome in the hospital from February 2017 to September 2020.The control group was treated with Diane-35 alone,and the observation group was treated with Kunling pills in the same period.37 cases in each case were compared with clinical indicators and curative effects.Rate,serum inflammatory factor level,glucose and lipid metabolism index,follow-up comparison and adverse drug reaction rate.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group 97.30%and the return to normal rate of ovulation during the follow-up period 86.48%were higher than those in the control group 78.38%and 64.86%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.554,4.698;P<0.05);Glycolipid metabolism indicators FPG,FINS,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C(4.90±0.05)mmol/L,(12.06±1.65)μIU/mL,(5.43±0.36)mmol/L,(1.81±0.36)mmol/L,(1.21±0.22)mmol/L,(3.90±0.45)mmol/L is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(t=6.502,8.879,4.477,8.714,3.976,3.997;P<0.05),the adverse reaction rate of the observation group is 5.41%slightly lower than the control group 8.11%,but the difference No statistical significance(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,the combined use of Daying and Kunling pills can significantly improve the efficacy and effectively promote the recovery of ovulation in patients.
