益气养阴活血中药改善糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及胰岛β细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病患者治疗中应用益气养阴活血中药的总疗效及对糖脂代谢、β细胞功能的改善效果。方法遴选福建省龙岩市博爱医院2020年6月-2021年6月该院收治的90例糖尿病患者,参考“随机数表法”将研究对象分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),观察组常规西医治疗+益气养阴活血中药,对照组仅接受常规西医治疗。比较两组用药总疗效、血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)]、血脂指标[血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)]、胰岛β细胞功能指标[血浆胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Hona-IR)、胰岛素分泌指数(Homa-IS)]、血液流变学指标。结果观察组治疗总疗效率(95.56%)较对照组(80.00%)明显高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后较同组治疗前血糖指标及血液流变学指标均下降,且观察组下降程度较对照组更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前胰岛β细胞功能指标、血脂指标组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,较对照组结果,观察组FINS、Hona-IR、TC、TG、LDL-C指标更低,Homa-IS、HDL-C指标更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用益气养阴活血中药对改善糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、提高胰岛β细胞功能具有显著价值,调节血脂水平,降低血液黏稠度,改善血液状态,实现理想的治疗效果。Objective To explore the total curative effect of Chinese medicine for replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin and activating blood in the treatment of diabetic patients and its effect on improving glucose-lipid metabolism andβ-cell function.Methods To select 90 diabetic patients from June 2020 to June 2021 in Bo'ai hospital,Longyan,Fujian Province,refer to the"random number table method",and divide the study subjects into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).The observation group received conventional western medicine treatment+Chinese medicine for replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation,while the control group received only conventional western medicine treatment.The total efficacy of the medication,blood glucose indicators[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)],blood lipid indexes[serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)],pancreaticβ-cell function indexes[plasma insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(Hona-IR),insulin secretion index(Homa-IS)],blood rheology index of the two groups were compared.Results The total curative effect rate of observation group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that of control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,blood glucose and hemorheology indexes in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the decrease degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of pancreatic isletβcell function indexes and blood lipid indexes before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group FINS,Hona-IRTC,TG,LDL-C indexes Lower,Homa-IS,HDL-C index is higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine for replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin
