围术期强化血糖控制对食道癌合并糖尿病患者手术预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探究在围术期强化患者血糖控制对食道癌合并糖尿病患者手术预后效果的影响情况。方法选择该院2019年1月-2021年1月收治的100例食道癌合并糖尿病患者,对其分为两组,即研究组与对照组,各50例,展开围术期处理,采用常规血糖控制治疗干预与强化血糖控制治疗干预,通过对比分析强化围术期患者血糖控制对患者术后恢复的影响效果。结果两组患者的各项血糖水平、术后恢复指标和并发症发生率比较,研究组患者的血糖水平更低,术后各项恢复时间更短,并发症发生率较低,效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在食道癌合并糖尿病患者中强化围术期对患者血糖的控制,可有效改善患者的血糖水平,减少患者不良反应发生率,促进患者恢复,临床应用意义显著。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative intensive blood glucose control on the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes.Methods 100 patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups,the study group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The perioperative management was carried out.Using conventional blood glucose control treatment intervention and intensive blood glucose control treatment intervention,the effect of enhanced perioperative blood glucose control on patients'postoperative recovery was compared and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the blood glucose levels,postoperative recovery indicators and complication rates of the two groups of patients,which was expressed as,being meaningful.The blood glucose level of the experimental group was lower and the postoperative recovery time was shorter.The complication rate was lower and the effect was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the perioperative control of blood glucose in patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the recovery of patients.The clinical application is significant.
