生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗糖尿病的疗效及有效率评价

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病患者采用生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗的价值。方法筛选该院2020年4月-2021年4月80例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,并按“随机法”分两组(每组40例),对照组实施二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗,对比两组临床疗效、临床指标、低血糖率、临床症状积分。结果观察组临床疗效(97.50%)高于对照组(82.50%),低血糖率低于对照组,组间对比差异有统计意义(P<0.05);FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C低于对照组,临床症状积分低于对照组,组间对比差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论选择生脉散合六味地黄汤加减对糖尿病进行治疗可改善其血脂、血糖水平,亦可确保治疗安全性及有效性。Objective To analyze the value of Shengmaisan and Liuwei Dihuang decoction for diabetic patients.Methods 80 diabetic patients in this hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups(40 cases in each group)according to the"random method".The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was implemented on the basis of the control group,Shengmai San and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction were treated with modified and subtracted treatments,and the clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,hypoglycemia rate,and clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy(97.50%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(82.50%),and the hypoglycemia rate was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,TG,TC,LDL-C was lower than the control group,the clinical symptom score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing Shengmai powder and Liuwei Dihuang decoction to treat diabetes can improve the blood lipid and blood sugar level,and also ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.
