并发症体验对2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白检测依从性及血糖改善情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析在2型糖尿病患者护理过程中采用并发症体验模式对于患者护理质量所造成的影响。方法研究人员在2017年1月-2020年12月医院收治的2型糖尿病患者中选取120例作为该次研究的研究对象,采用数字随机列表法将其随机分为两组进行护理干预,其中,对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预,研究组采用针对性护理模式进行干预,对两组患者的干预效果进行记录与分析。结果在糖化血红蛋白检测依从性方面,研究组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在血糖指标改善情况方面,经过护理,两组患者的血糖指标均得到合理改善,且研究组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生活质量方面,经过护理,两组患者生活质量均得到了合理改善,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者护理过程中,通过并发症体验护理的开展与落实,医护人员可以帮助患者进一步实现对于2型糖尿病并发症的深刻认识,对于患者检查依从性地提升与遵医嘱用药水平地提升具有积极价值,有利于实现患者血糖指标的合理管控,对于患者预后生活质量改善具有积极价值。Objective To analyze the impact of using the complication experience model in the care of patients with type 2 diabetes on the quality of patient care.Methods The researchers selected 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 as the research objects of this study,and randomly divided them into two groups for nursing intervention by using a digital random list method.Among them,the control group used conventional nursing mode to intervene,and the study group used targeted nursing mode to intervene,and the intervention effects of the two groups of patients were recorded and analyzed.Results The compliance of HbA1c detection in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the improvement of blood glucose indicators,after nursing,the blood glucose indicators of the two groups were reasonably improved,and the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c indicators of patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,after nursing,the quality of life of the two groups of patients were reasonably improved,and the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of nursing satisfaction,the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of patients with type 2 diabetes,through the development and implementation of complication experience care,medical staff can help patients further realize a deep understanding of the complications of type 2 diabetes.It has positive value for the improvement of patient inspection compliance and the improvement of the level of medication prescribed by doctors,which is conducive to the reasonable management and control of patients'blood glucose indicators,and has positive value for the impro
