摘　　要：低血糖是2型糖尿病患者在治疗过程中最常见的不良反应,严重可威胁患者生命,对于存在低血糖高危因素患者应做好及时的预防。该文通过计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献、PubMed、OVID、ScienceDirect,检索和分析2型糖尿病患者发生低血糖危险因素的文献,明确2型糖尿病患者发生低血糖的主要危险因素,为临床早期预防并及时制定科学有效的干预措施提供依据。Hypoglycemia is the most common adverse reaction in patients with type 2 diabetes during the treatment process.It can be serious and threaten the lives of patients.For patients with high risk factors for hypoglycemia,timely prevention should be done.This article uses computer to search CNKI,Wanfang,VIP database,Chinese biomedical literature,PubMed,OVID,ScienceDirect,retrieve and analyze the literature on risk factors for hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes,clarify the main risk factors for hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes,and provide evidence for early clinical prevention and timely formulation of scientific and effective interventions.
