核素心血池显像评价急性病毒性心肌炎患者中西药物结合治疗的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究核素心血池显像评价急性病毒性心肌炎患者中西药物结合治疗的疗效。方法选取2019年2月-2020年2月该校附属医院接收的急性病毒性心肌炎患者62例,行核素心血池显像评价后,将62例患者分为A、B两组,各31例,A组行常规西医药治疗,B组行中西药物结合治疗,对比治疗结果。结果治疗后,B组各项收缩功能指标总体EF(62.35±5.53)%、PER(3.36±0.32)EDV/s、TPER(0.12±0.03)s以及PER/TPFR(32.31±8.19)与A组的(62.37±5.51)%、(3.35±0.35)EDV/s、(0.13±0.03)s、(32.27±8.23)比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.014、0.117、1.312、0.019,P>0.05);B组的1/3FF(0.47±0.17)%、1/3FFc(0.55±0.15)%与A组的(0.37±0.14)%、(0.45±0.14)%相比明显更高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.528、2.714,P<0.05);且B组的AC/SV(0.225±0.247)、PFR-AC(1.553±1.191)EDV/s与A组的(0.229±0.245)、(1.561±1.193)EDV/s对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.064、0.026,P>0.05)。结论核素心血池显像在急性病毒性心肌炎患者中西药物结合治疗疗效评价中效果显著,值得推广。Objective To study the radionuclide heart blood pool imaging to evaluate the curative effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine in patients with acute viral myocarditis.Methods Selected 62 patients with acute viral myocarditis admitted to the affiliated hospital of the school from February 2019 to February 2020.After evaluation by radionuclide heart blood pool imaging,the 62 patients were divided into two groups A and B.There were 31 cases in each group.Group A was treated with conventional western medicine,and group B was treated with a combination of Chinese and Western medicine.The treatment results were compared.Results After treatment,the overall EF(62.35±5.53)%,PER(3.36±0.32)EDV/s,TPER(0.12±0.03)s and PER/TPFR(32.31±8.19)of group B's contractile function indexes in group B were compared with those in group A(62.37±5.51)%,(3.35±0.35)EDV/s,(0.13±0.03)s,(32.27±8.23),the difference was statistically significant(t=0.014,0.117,1.312,0.019,P>0.05);group B was 1/3FF(0.47±0.17)%,1/3FFc(0.55±0.15)%were significantly higher than those of group A(0.37±0.14)%,(0.45±0.14)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.528,2.714,P<0.05);and the AC/SV of group B(0.225±0.247),PFR-AC(1.553±1.191)EDV/s and A group(0.229±0.245),(1.561±1.193)EDV/s,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.064,0.026,P>0.05).Conclusion The radionuclide heart blood pool imaging is effective in evaluating the curative effect of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in patients with acute viral myocarditis,and it is worthy of promotion.
