腹腔镜辅助经脐小切口治疗小儿梅克尔憩室的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评估小儿梅克尔憩室腹腔镜辅助经脐小切口手术治疗的临床效果。方法选择该院2016年1月-2019年12月期间接诊的26例梅克尔憩室患儿作为观察组,均接受腹腔镜辅助经脐小切口手术治疗,选择2013年1月-2015年12月期间就诊的26例梅克尔憩室患儿作为对照组,接受传统手术方法治疗,将两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组手术时间(53.23±5.12)min、术中出血量(2.85±0.56)mL和住院天数(4.80±1.21)d均小于对照组(57.55±5.31)min、(3.46±0.96)mL、(5.86±1.32)d,差异有统计学意义(t=2.986,P=0.004;t=2.798,P=0.007;t=3.018,P=0.004)。观察组并发症发生率(11.54%)小于对照组(42.31%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.255,P=0.012)。结论小儿梅克尔憩室疾病应用腹腔镜辅助经脐小切口手术治疗的效果显著,操作简单安全的同时可以减少手术创伤和腹壁瘢痕,缩短住院时间,值得在临床治疗中进行使用和推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic-assisted small incision surgical treatment of Meckel's diverticulum in children.Methods The 26 children with Meckel's diverticulum admitted in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.All of them received laparoscopic-assisted small incision surgery through the umbilical cord.Selected from January 2013 to December 2015,26 children with Meckel's diverticulum who were treated as a control group and received traditional surgical treatment.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results Operation time(53.23±5.12)min,intraoperative blood loss(2.85±0.56)mL,and hospitalization days(4.80±1.21)d in the observation group were less than those in the control group(57.55±5.31)min,(3.46±0.96)mL,(5.86±1.32)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.986,P=0.004;t=2.798,P=0.007;t=3.018,P=0.004).The incidence of complications in the observation group(11.54%)was lower than that in the control group(42.31%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.255,P=0.012).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic-assisted small incision surgery for children with Meckel's diverticulum disease is significant.The operation is simple and safe,while reducing surgical trauma and abdominal wall scars,and shortening the length of hospitalization.It is worthy of use and promotion in clinical treatment.
