异维A酸胶丸联合皮肤屏障修复剂治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果

摘　　要：目的给予中重度痤疮患者应用异维A酸胶丸联合皮肤屏障修复剂进行治疗,探究其中的应用效果。方法于该院2019年7月-2020年6月门诊收治的100例中重度痤疮患者作为研究对象,采用抽签的方式划分成为治疗组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,治疗组患者实施异维A酸胶丸联合皮肤屏障修复剂治疗,统计并对比研究两组患者的临床有效率、皮损数量及各项症状消退时间。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显优于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.575,P<0.05)。经治疗4、8周后,治疗组患者皮损数量分别为(28.71±11.89)、(14.94±11.22)处,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.809、12.485,P<0.05)。治疗组患者的丘疹、结节、脓包、囊肿的消退时间分别为(13.68±1.67)、(30.77±7.07)、(36.48±6.58)、(50.82±4.55)d均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.734、5.911、4.433、2.583,P<0.05)。结论异维A酸胶丸联合皮肤屏障修复剂治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果良好。Objective To apply isotretinoin capsules combined with skin barrier repair agents to patients with moderate to severe acne,and to explore the effect of the application.Methods 100 patients with moderate to severe acne admitted in the hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were used as the research subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group by lottery,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.Patients in the treatment group were treated with isotretinoin capsules combined with skin barrier repair agents,and the clinical effectiveness,the number of skin lesions and the time of various symptoms subsided between the two groups were counted and compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 94.00%,which was significantly better than that in the control group 72.00%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.575,P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the number of skin lesions in the treatment group was(28.71±11.89)and(14.94±11.22),which were significantly less than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.809,12.485,P<0.05).The regression time of papules,nodules,pustules,and cysts in the treatment group were(13.68±1.67)d,(30.77±7.07)d,(36.48±6.58)d,(50.82±4.55)d,respectively,less than those in the control group.The difference was satatistically significant(t=20.734,5.911,4.433,2.583,P<0.05).Conclusion Isotretinoin capsules combined with skin barrier repair agents have a good clinical effect in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.
