摘 要:以C40泵送混凝土为主要研究对象,在其成型后抛填不同掺量粗骨料制备成抛石混凝土,测定其强度,并对其剖面结构进行分析。研究结果表明:在泵送混凝土成型后抛填一定量(20%以内)粗骨料可以明显提高抛石混凝土的强度,但抛石量与混凝土强度并不是单调递增关系。抛石掺量在12%以下时,混凝土抗压强度随抛石量增加而提高;抛石量为12%时,强度达到最大值为57.1 MPa,比基准混凝土高出20%左右;抛石量在12%~18%范围内,混凝土强度随抛石量增加而减小。随着抛石量的增加,混凝土中骨料堆积紧密,混凝土结构逐渐改善,有效地将悬浮结构转变为堆聚结构。工地试验结果证明,泵送混凝土浇筑后再抛填粗骨料的方式可以有效改善流态混凝土的抗裂性能。Taking C40 pumped concrete as the main research object,this paper studies the strength of riprap concrete prepared by filling different amounts of coarse aggregate after forming,and analyzes its section structure.The results show that a certain amount(less than 20%)of coarse aggregate can significantly improve the strength,but the relationship between riprap amount and concrete strength is not monotonous,when the content of riprap is less than 12%,the compressive strength increases with the increase of riprap content,when the amount of riprap is 12%,the maximum strength is 57.1 MPa,which is about 20%higher than the reference concrete,when the riprap amount is in the range of 12%~18%,the concrete strength decreases with the increase of riprap amount.With the increase of the amount of riprap,the aggregate in the concrete is stacked tightly,the concrete structure is gradually improved,and the suspended structure is effectively transformed into a stacked structure.The field test results show that the method of dumping and filling coarse aggregate after pumping concrete pouring can effectively improve the crack resistance of flowing concrete.
