一年制硕士学位的优劣与认证

摘　　要：一年制硕士学位发端于英国,之后向原英属殖民地国家和地区扩展。一年制硕士学位入学资格要求宽松,培养目标侧重应用,考察方式以课程考试为主。其优势表现为入学申请相对容易,培养周期短,毕业生竞争力强;劣势表现为繁重的学业易造成学生的精神高度集中和学习压力巨大。一年制硕士学位受到我国出国留学人员的普遍欢迎,但实践表明,学生选择一年制硕士学位的目的已背离其设置的初衷,且一年制硕士学位与我国硕士学位制度不对等,已对我国学位制度造成冲击,故建议教育相关部门对一年制硕士学位的认证进行适当限制。The one-year master’s degree originated in the United Kingdom and spread to the former British colonies.It has the following characteristics:the admission requirements are loose;the cultivation objectives focus on application;the main way of investigation is course examination.Its merits are that,it is relatively easy to apply for admission;there’s short cultivation period;graduation competitiveness is strong.Its demerits are intensive concentration and huge study pressure caused by heavy study tasks.It is widely welcomed by Chinese students studying abroad;however,their choices are contrary to their original intentions.It also impacts China’s degree system because of the mismatch.Then,it should be limited appropriately by relevant departments of education.
