摘 要:目前,越来越多的学者认为脑卒中发病和大气污染之间存在相关性,但国内外关于PM2.5暴露对不同类型卒中发病的影响尚无定论。作者通过对PM2.5暴露和脑卒中发生的流行病学资料进行综述,以获得二者之间的相关性。细颗粒物污染已经成为我国城市空气污染的主要来源。脑卒中不仅是我国城乡居民的首位死亡原因,也是我国成年人残疾的首要原因。目前,越来越多的学者认为脑卒中发病和大气污染之间存在相关性。但脑卒中是一种异质性比较高的疾病,国内外关于短期和长期PM2.5暴露对不同类型卒中发病的影响尚无定论。作者通过对PM2.5暴露和脑卒中的流行病学资料进行综述,以获得二者之间的相关性。At present,more and more scholars believe that there is a correlation between the incidence of stroke and air pollution,but there is still no conclusive conclusion about the impact of PM2.5 exposure on the incidence of different types of strokes at home and abroad.The author reviewed the epidemiological data of PM2.5 exposure and stroke to obtain the correlation between the two.Fine particulate matter pollution has become the main source of urban air pollution in our country.Stroke is not only the first cause of death for urban and rural residents in our country,but also the leading cause of adult disability in our country.At present,more and more scholars believe that there is a correlation between the incidence of stroke and air pollution.However,stroke is a disease with relatively high heterogeneity.There is no conclusive conclusion about the impact of short-term and long-term PM2.5 exposure on the incidence of different types of strokes at home and abroad.The author reviewed the epidemiological data of PM2.5 exposure and stroke to obtain the correlation between the two.
