摘  要:复合衬砌结构存在明显的混凝土粘结面,其良好的抗拉和抗剪性能是保证隧道安全可靠的关键。采用佳固士界面剂与环氧乳液界面剂对新旧混凝土界面进行处理,设计了新旧混凝土粘结界面劈裂试验和推出剪切试验,制作了8组共24个试件对新旧混凝土结合面处的劈拉强度和抗剪强度进行测试。结果表明,两种界面剂对复合结构混凝土之间的粘结性均有一定提升,佳固士界面剂作为一种新型的水性无机渗透结晶型材料,对混凝土界面粘结性能的提高效果更好,可为复合衬砌结构的应用提供一定的工程指导。The composite lining structure has an obvious concrete bonding surface,and its good tensile and shear resistance are the key to ensure the safety and reliability of the tunnel.In this paper,Jiagushi interface agent and epoxy emulsion interface agent were used to treat the interface between the new and old concrete.The split test and the launch shear test of the bonding interface between the new and the old concrete were designed,and 8 sets of 24 specimens were made to the interface between the new and old concrete.The split tensile strength and shear strength at the place were tested,and the results show that the two interface agents have a certain improvement in the bonding performance between the composite structure concrete.The Jiagushi interface agent is a new type of water-based inorganic permeable crystalline and the material has a better effect on improving the bonding performance of the concrete interface,which can provide certain engineering guidance for the application of composite lining structures.
