摘 要:石门坎电厂机组运行在部分负荷(60%~80%额定负荷)范围时,出现机组有功功率振荡现象,影响电厂经济稳定运行。根据电厂运行及现场监测情况,初步断定水力因素是导致机组功率振荡的主因。为研究水力特征参数对机组功率振荡的影响,通过对机组开展真机测试,利用电力系统仿真工具仿真研究水力激振作用下的水轮发电机组功率。结果表明,机组功率振荡主因为水力因素,水力低频振动诱发的出力振荡与机械、电磁等因素耦合放大,导致机组的有功功率波动。The active power oscillation occurred when the unit of Shimenkan power plant was operating in the range of part load(60%-80%of rated load),which affect the economic and stable operation of the power plant.According to the operation and field monitoring of the power plant,it was preliminarily concluded that the hydraulic factor was the main cause of power oscillation.In order to study the influence of hydraulic characteristic parameters on the power oscillation of the unit,the real machine test of the unit was carried out.On this basis,the power system simulation tool was used to carry out the simulation research on the power of the hydro generator unit under the effect of hydraulic excitation.The results show that the main cause of active power oscillation was hydraulic factors,the output oscillation of unit induced by hydraulic low-frequency vibration was amplified by coupling with mechanical,electromagnetic and other factors,which causes the active power of the unit to fluctuate.
