摘 要:水闸闸墩作为典型的倒T字型结构,容易在施工期温度应力的作用下出现裂缝。为了将预应力技术用于减小水闸施工期的温度应力,通过有限元仿真计算,分别研究了软基上水闸闸墩施加的预应力张拉荷载的大小、加载时刻、加载部位、加载次数及加载点数对预应力施加效果的影响规律,提出了水闸预应力张拉荷载的加载方法,论证了将预应力技术用于减小水闸施工期温度应力的可行性。结果表明,将预应力技术用于减小水闸施工期拉应力可行,可与温控技术联合使用。As a typical inverted T-shaped structure,the sluice pier is prone to cracking under the action of thermal stress during construction period.In order to use the prestress technology to reduce the thermal stress during the construction of the sluice,the influence law of the magnitude,loading time,loading location,loadings times and the number of loading points of prestressed tensile loads applied to the sluice pier on the soft foundation were studied respectively through the finite element simulation calculation.The loading method of the prestressed tensile load for the sluice was proposed,and the feasibility of using the prestressing technology to reduce the thermal stress during the construction of the sluice was also demonstrated.The results show that it is feasible to use the prestress technology to reduce the tensile stress during the construction of the sluice,and it can be used in conjunction with the temperature control technology.
