机织物拆下纱线线密度测试方法的改进

摘　　要：根据GB/T 29256.5—2012,采用标准方法,在纱线伸直长度实验中,将每个样品的测试数量由10根删减至5根,通过计算它们的平均值获得纱线线密度,对各自线密度、混纺比的实验品进行研究,再根据JJF 1059.1—2012对得出的数据进行不确定度评定,进而确定是否符合预期或者应用到其他领域。研究结果显示,根据测试内容得出的数据不确定度为0.0042~0.0249,可以达到标准要求。According to GB/T 29256.5—2012,in the yarn extension length experiment,the test quantity of each sample is reduced from 10 to 5,the yarn linear density is obtained by calculating their average value,the experimental products of their linear density and blending ratio are studied,and then the uncertainty of the obtained data is evaluated according to JJF 1059.1—2012,then determine whether it meets the expectations or is applied to other fields.The research results show that the data uncertainty obtained according to the test content is 0.0042-0.0249,which can meet the standard requirements.
