摘　　要：工业溶胶-凝胶技术是工业材料整理制备过程中的一种新技术,在整理粉末、薄膜、纤维、复合材料以及涂层等材料方面已经得到了广泛的应用,人们也逐渐重视在工业纺织品等多功能材料整理中应用溶胶-凝胶技术。文章主要根据目前溶胶-凝胶技术及其在各类纺织品多功能整理中的实际运用进行理论阐述,首先,深入分析溶胶-凝胶技术的染料制备原理以及染料改性;其次,从自清洁纺织品的制备、染色织物的固色处理两个方面进行深入分析,为相关研究提供参考。Industrial sol-gel plastic technology is a new technology in the process of industrial material sorting and preparation,it has been widely used in sorting materials such as powder,film,fiber,composites and coatings,and people also gradually pay attention to the application of sol-gel plastic technology in industrial textiles.Based on the current sol-gel plastic technology and its practical application in various kinds of textile multi-functional sorting,this paper mainly expounds theoretical theory.Firstly,the dye preparation principle and dye modification of sol-gel plastic technology are deeply analyzed.Secondly,preparation of self-cleaning textiles and solid color treatment of dyeing fabrics are deeply analyzed,so as to provide reference for relevant research.
