摘　　要：文章主要阐述酷似棉/棉交织中性风服装面料的染整工艺设计,整个工艺包括坯检、缝头、烧毛、退浆、煮漂、丝光、预拉、染色、纤维素酶抛光整理、防皱整理等流程,实现面料理性和沉稳的表现观感,同时赋予面料优良的光泽和手感。This paper mainly expounds with the dyeing and finishing process design of the cotton-like-polyester/cotton interwoven neutral clothing fabrics.The whole process mainly includes blank inspection,seam head,singeing,desizing,scouring and bleaching,mercerizing,pre-drawing,dyeing,cellulose enzyme polishing finishing,anti-wrinkle finishing and other processes to realize the rational and calm performance view of the fabrics,while giving the fabrics excellent luster and hand feeling.
