摘 要:结合耙吸式挖泥船在沿海及长江下游的典型作业工况时间分布,计算对比双速齿轮箱和单速比齿轮箱2种推进方案的主机功率及油耗,结果表明,对于工况复杂、航速变化较大的耙吸挖泥船,双速齿轮箱的运用可使得船舶在不同工况下灵活切换速比,保证船舶具有良好的节能效果。Combined with the time distribution of typical operation conditions of the trailing suction hopper dredger(TSHD)in coastal areas and the lower reaches of Yangtze river,the main engine power and fuel consumption of two propulsion schemes of dual-speed gearbox and single speed ratio gearbox are calculated and compared.It was shown that with complicated working conditions and great speed variation,the application of dual-speed gearbox for TSHD can switch flexibly the speed ratio under different working conditions to ensure that the ship has good performance in energy-saving.
