摘  要:本研究以1/2树围(S/2)常规割胶(CK1)和1/8树围(S/8)短线割胶(CK2)为对照,比较分析单孔采胶技术中排胶孔距离分别于5cm(T1)和2cm(T2)的刺激周期内胶乳生理变化情况,从干胶产量、干胶含量及其他胶乳生理指标的变化中揭示两种排胶孔距离的采胶方式生理适应性。单孔采胶技术可以避免雨天对割胶的影响,操作简便,T2比T1节约树皮79.4%;在1个刺激周期内,两种排胶孔距离下的单孔采胶胶乳的周期总产显著高于CK1,干胶含量显著高于CK1和CK2,T1代谢旺盛,T2胶乳生理偏向于CK2。结果表明,通过气体刺激的单孔采胶技术生理指标正常,使用T2更节皮长效。In this study,S/2 conventional tapping(CK1)and S/8 short-cut tapping with gas-stimulation(CK2)were used as the controls to compare and analyze the physiological changes of two kinds of tapping surface planning methods during one stimulation period by single hole tapping technique(T1 and T2).The physiological adaptability of two tapping methods was revealed by changed rules of dry rubber yield,dry rubber content and other physiological indexes of latex.The single-hole latex harvest technique could avoid the influence of rainy days on the tapping,and the operation was simple.The bark was saved 79.4%in T2 treatment compared with T1 treatment.In one stimulation cycle,the total cycle rubber yield of the two methods was significantly higher than that of the CK1,and the dry rubber content was significantly higher than that of the control group(CK1 and CK2).The metabolism of T1 was strong,and the latex physiology of T2 was in favor of CK2.The physiological indexes of the gas stimulated single-hole latex harvest technology are normal,and the T2 method is more effective for long time,and saves bark significantly.
